Body & Mind grounds its system on the individual and integral approach of high standard. The individual way of work makes it possible for us to use all our knowledge and skills and to personalize the approach entirely, which remarkably influences its efficiency and achievements. Our supreme trainers, together with other specialists, design, execute and evaluate individual programs. At the very beginning of the work, the trainer gets a very deep insight into the client’s particular aims and executes a series of PROGRESSIVE® tests which include: the measuring of anthropological characteristics, the testing of static and dynamic posture as well as the testing of strength and motoric abilities. In accordance with the obtained information, the personalized Body & Mind programs get formed, followed by the relative programs for nutrition and supplementation. The efficiency of the training is enhanced by the intermediate interaction between the instructor and the client. This open and intermediate relationship increases the client’s concentration and precision as well as the trainer’s control and focus. The program of training, the client’s results and achievements get written down in their personal booklets and continually evaluated.

The individual (private) training sessions are performed as private (one person) or half-private (2-4 persons). The mere content and methodology of the training get determined in accordance with the aims and possibilities of the client and in compliance with the program solution used by the trainer. In general, all kinds of knowledge, modalities of work and technology, can be included in individual programs. Besides the programs on platforms with the own body and a big spectrum of different requisites (balls, half-balls, unstable and stable bases, free weights, bars, rings, rotation disks, CORE-X, TRX, …), the clients within the individual programs in their training sessions use Pilates machines and other fitness training devices.

Pilates machines (big devices) give us the possibility to individualize the training because they get adapted exactly in accordance with the needs of each client in particular, through both setting the machine itself (i.e. setting the quantity of resistance) and the choice in exercises. The individual training sessions, being necessary in the recreation where healthy recreational clients want better and bigger results, are necessary in post-rehabilitation and rehabilitation as well as in the conditioning preparation of the athlete. Therefore it comes without saying that individual training sessions are conducted by the most qualified trainers with many years of training experience and continual specializing education.
