The work within a group regime does not enable personalization of a program, a high level of control, safety and efficiency, as it is the case within individual programs. Nevertheless, small homogenous groups strive for maintaining the mentioned principles as much as possible, because of which they are highly recommendable for healthy recreational athletes or for persons with smaller postural problems and limitations in locomotoric system. Because of all mentioned above, big training groups are to be recommended only to healthy recreational athletes.
The Body & Mind Team is performed in small homogenous groups. They consist of 5-8 persons and different STOTT PILATES®, PROGRESSIVE® and Yoga programs are performed.
Programs differ in their structure, dynamics, kinds of load and basic focus, with the continuous respect for the safety principles. The prices of group programs are formed in accordance with the number of training sessions within a month, regardless of their specificity.
In the group programs a series of requisites are used, all of which additionally increase the strength, flexibility and balance, and at the same time contribute to diversity of training. Beside various balls and half-balls, our trainers and clients use rolls, cushions, rotational disks, rubbers, rings, weighing bars and small balls, one-hand weights and other platforms (arc barrel, Pilates edge, spine supporter), TRX and machines (Reformers and Chairs).
