Progressive® is an original method of the Body & Mind Studio which has been being built since the year of 2000 and has been divided into two recreational programs and a system of conditional preparation since 2012.

Progressive® name and its variations are the trademarked names of the Body & Mind Studio. We have built into Progressive® all our knowledge and insights, all our profound inspirations and emotions, all our authenticity and attitude.

PROGRESSIVE® CONDITIONING

Progressive® Conditioning is a multisided sports training adapted to recreational athletes with the aim to develop functional, motoric and cognitive abilities. PROGRESSIVE® unites cardio exercises, the exercises for strength, endurance and balance with a special focus to correct technique of performance. This program teaches you all fundamental movements and their variations, optimizing the way in which we walk, run and move on everyday basis. PROGRESSIVE® method makes each client, in a secure and progressive way, knowledgeable about motorics and development of their abilities in accordance with their possibilities.

The results of this program are: reduced subcutaneous fat tissue, increased muscle tone, reduced possibility of injury, enhanced mobility, strength, endurance and energy level.

With all above mentioned, PROGRESSIVE® is a creative and very entertaining program.

 

PROGRESSIVE® MOTION

The original name of this training program invented in 2000 by Mirela Anich was named PROGRESSIVE® PILATES. She has been introducing and teaching this program at the territory of the south-eastern Europe since 2004 and numerous instructors are the holders of this license. Today it is one of the programs of the Body & Mind Studio with the new name of PROGRESSIVE® MOTION and it gets developed and improved by the team of our experts. This program of high energy level represents a combination of dynamic breathing, Hatha Yoga movements, the exercises for the balance and strength done with one’s own body as well as of Pilates and DNS exercises. The fluently connected sequences of postures flow one into the other, mobilize joints, tone and relax muscles, optimize breathing and concentration towards the moment we are living in. The training is based on the structure and precision of the contemporary Pilates with the respect of biomechanical principles of DNS, which adds the elements of safety and efficiency to its poeticity. The transition between the exercises consists of the free movements of the body, swinging in nature, and it is these free movements that make this program richer and more creative and versatile.

This is a complete mind and body training which enhances the focus, reduces the stress, teaches the correct breathing and balances our mind and body. In this creative bond of the East and the West admired by both athletes and trainers for more than 15 years, all our knowledge on human beings and on this line of profession are being united, as well as all our personal sports and dancing education and all our love towards the mere moving. In the focus of this program there is the increase of awareness, quality, freedom and beauty of motion, which consequently enhances self-confidence and love towards self.
