Altogether with the prevention program, the education on the purpose and aim of various types of springing and moving commences. At the same time, the athletes, especially the young ones, are taught to get used to preventive training.

Our preventive neuromuscular kinds of training are directed towards the correction of breathing mechanism and basic movements, improvement mobility and stability of the locomotoric system with a special accent to a dynamic stability of the trunk, bilateral and unilateral equilibrium (balance), correct pre-activation of muscles and reaction of the central nervous system.
