Hatha Yoga is adapted to the needs of supreme professional athletes and very active recreational athletes. In our Body & Mind Studio the application of Yoga exercises respects periodization of conditioning preparation and the full attention is given to adaptation of the exercises before and after the sports performance. In conditioning preparation, yoga exercises find their place within preventive and regenerative training sessions. It is Yoga exercises that impact the increase of mobility, flexibility, stability and strength.
Yoga exercises consist of a sequence of movements which strengthen and harmonize parts of body and mind, in the course of which serious attention is given to the technique of breathing as well as to the focusing on a movement. Yoga applied in the conditional preparation consists of a sequence of exercises for strengthening, stretching and breathing and it has no religious or ideological connotation.
