Stott Pilates® includes training on the platforms with a big number of devices as well as the training on the Pilates machines (i.e. big devices).

Stott Pilates® is intended for:

STOTT PILATES® Matwork
This certified Pilates program on platforms (Mat) treats freely the weight of the individual’s body, with or without additional devices. The purpose of devices is to help the athlete with the performance of exercises or to serve as resistance. Devices additionally enhance strength, flexibility and balance and make the training more versatile. We use different balls and half-balls, as well as rollers, cushions, rotational discs, rubbers, loops, bars and mini balls, one-hand weights and other platforms (arc barrel, Pilates edge, spine supporter…).
STOTT PILATES® Machinework
This certified Pilates program is performed on the popular machines (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels) exclusively in individual and half-individual regime and with the guide of a certified instructor. It is based on the anatomy of the body, on biomechanics and on spinal rehabilitation, and it makes one of the most efficient programs nowadays. Being thorough and above all precise, this program will bring you to optimal and diversified bone-muscular performance and enhance the strength, vitality and endurance of your body. The advantage of Pilates machines consists in the fact that the resistance is made by the springs, which poses the load on the muscle through the entire move, making the muscle stronger and longer, and putting no load on joints.
This program engages the entire body musculature with the focus on deep postural muscles, enhancing the mobility and stability of the spine as well as the stability of hips and shoulder region.
The results of such program are the enhancement of the entire tone, the neutral positioning of the body, the more correct and efficient mobility as well as more tranquil mind.
REFORMER GROUP Class
This is a combination of Pilates on platforms and on Reformer machines which gets developed in small homogenous groups and joins the benefits of the two programs. This program improves posture and mobility of the body, enhances the strength, endurance, mobility and condition. Beside advantageous impacts on esthetics and functionality of the body, this program helps with concentration, focus and emotional stability.
