Before the beginning of a recreational training in our studio everybody undergoes a private introductory class which consists of consultations, initial diagnostics and a short introductory training, as well as an advisory conversation.

Our introductory training helps us get to know the habits, possible limitations, pains and aims of the client. We do the static and dynamic analyses of the posture as well as the analysis of moving and of the motoric status. All these analyses help us define in a clear and competent way the actual condition of the client and their level of trainedness.

On the basis of the performed testing and in accordance with the aims of the client, we form a focus of a training program and propose a system of training. Through the above mentioned introductory training, the client gets introduced to the basic principles of our work and to the methodology of our studio. The introductory training helps us make the chosen program more personalized and efficient and the client more secure and satisfied.

A client can choose a training within a group regime or a private one, he or she can be an active athlete or an inactive recreational, but whatever the case, every client undergoes an introductory testing which helps us set the highest possible work standards.
